  • Both. We regularly handle single panel replacements, individual lift station RTUs, PLC code cleanups, and HMI rework — as well as full SCADA modernizations and multi-site telemetry deployments.

  • PLCs: Rockwell / Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Micro800), Siemens S7, Schneider Modicon (M340 / M580), and Emerson / GE. SCADA / HMI: Ignition, VTScada, Wonderware / AVEVA System Platform, and the major local HMI lines (PanelView, Magelis).

  • Yes. We routinely partner with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, and OEMs — handling the controls scope while the broader project team manages civil, mechanical, and electrical work.

  • Yes. We handle control panel design in-house — layouts, schematics, component selection, wiring diagrams, and labeling standards using UL 508A-style practices, with documentation intended to make long-term maintenance straightforward.

  • Practical, sustainable steps aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST: zone-and-conduit segmentation between IT and OT, secure remote access with MFA, managed endpoint protection on SCADA and engineering hosts, firewall configuration and installation, PLC/SCADA hardening, patching strategy, tested backups, and multi-carrier IoT SIMs for remote sites — scaled to what the utility can realistically maintain.

  • Many of our engineers are licensed Professional Engineers. Project leadership and design responsibility for control systems, electrical scope, and OT cybersecurity is held by experienced staff with the credentials that water, wastewater, and industrial customers expect.

  • Yes. Our OT cybersecurity work — risk assessments, zone-and-conduit models, secure architecture design, firewall policy, secure remote access, and managed endpoint protection — is aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST guidance, and scoped to security level targets that fit the customer's operations.

  • Yes. We stay engaged through commissioning and remain available for troubleshooting, upgrades, alarm tuning, and modernization work. Documentation is delivered so your team is not dependent on a single vendor.

  • A short description of the facility (e.g. WWTP, lift station, plant), what's installed today (PLC family, SCADA platform), what's prompting the project, and any schedule constraints. Drawings and existing narratives help, but aren't required to start the conversation.
